Catering Boss Menus

Catering Boss takes care of everything needed for all events. We bring everything needed to Set Up, Serve, and clean up your event. Prices are based on 50 guests with a buffet style service with a heavy duty plastic ware and all labor is included in pricing. We also set up under a 10 x 10 tent with 2 linen and garnished buffet tables. Catering Boss will spend approx. 4-5 hours on sight cooking, serving and cleaning.

    We will show up and roast the pig on your location, carve and serve the pig to your guests. Served with Honey Baked Corn Bread and three types of BBQ Sauce, Tangy Carolina Gold, Kansas City and our Special House Sauce.

    This is a 1 ½ lb lobster, broth, drawn butter, boiled corn and Potatoes.

Wedding Packages

These are served buffet style on heavy duty plastic by uniformed wait staff. China packages are available for $10pp. China package dinner plate, salad plate, water goblet and full silver set up with cloth napkin. We also have a plated service $10pp and family style service $11pp. Wedding Cake or dessert service is included in all packages.

Buffet Menus

These menus are not for the wedding packages. Buffet set comes with all heavy duty plastic ware and labor to set up serve and break down. We set this up buffet style and serve you from hot chaffing dishes. China is available at additional charge.

Rentals & Other Services

In addition to being your excellent catering service, Catering Boss also delivers and sets up Tents, Dance floors and any other party rental you may need. There is a $50 delivery/ pick up fee for rentals.

Deposits secure your date and we are locked in for your service, they are nonrefundable and will be held for future events. Final guest count due 7 days prior to event with payment in full

Prepared Food for Hot Drop Off or Cold Pick Up

All food is in half pans with lids feeds 10-15 per pan. Inquire about pricing. We also can deliver hot and set up in wire hot hold chaffing pans with sterno heat and all paper products needed for the meal service.

BBQ FOOD TRUCK TRAILER MACHINE

This is a full-service trailer offering full service of menu items, Entrée, sides, dessert and beverage selections. We typically arrive 30 minutes prior to service time and are there long enough to make sure everyone gets a full belly.

For groups of 50 or more priced $1500 minimum. Please inquire about dates available and menu selections available.

Deposits are non refundable and will be held for future events
