Catering Boss has extensive experience. We have been hosting events in the Boston, MA and South Shore area, for twelve years now, and our team of professional chefs have well over thirty years of experience in every venue of the food service industry.
Our owner, Scott Rothwell, was a chef in the United States Navy and is a graduate of Johnson Wales University. He has worked innumerable large-volume accounts in the food service industry all over Boston. He is personally familiar with every detail of the restaurant and catering business, and there is no type of party for which he is unprepared.
The staff at Catering Boss is equipped for events of any size and style. We can set up a business lunch for four at the office just as easily as a massive wedding feast for five hundred. We feel just as comfortable preparing an intimate, coursed gourmet dinner with professional wait staff as a large, boisterous buffet for friends to get together.
We feel confident that our large selection of standard menus offers something for every taste and budget. However, because there is almost no style of cooking we feel unprepared for, we are also more than willing discuss customizing a menu to each host’s specific needs. We are experts in dealing with allergies and special dietary requirements.
